Catarina is a PMP® Certified Project Management Professional with extensive working experience within project management. She also has several years of experience in working in an agile environment and she is certified SCRUM master. In the requirement area, she is Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (REQB).

As a project manager, Catarina has been leading groups and teams of 20+ consultants including both local resources and offshore resources.

Catarina is certified ITIL® Expert. She has several years’ experience of IT service management, both as system application specialist and as service manager in the service operation and service transition area. She has a long experience in working in ITIL processes and has also been involved in process optimizing and process education.
