Mia has been working with IT projects in different roles such as Product Owner, Project Leader, Business Analyst, Team Manager, System developer, and Customer Delivery Responsible. She has been working with large, international, and constantly changing organizations.

Mia is a good communicator with a positive attitude, and she wants to see that the work she is doing results in the best possible solution for the customer. Mia likes to have the whole team engaged in this to create both a good climate in the team and a good result. For Mia it’s natural to believe in peoples good intentions to do a good job if they are trusted with responsibility to do so. And she believes that if the climate is right the team develops together.

This is the way she works and that is one of the reasons that she likes to work agile. One of Mia’s strengths is that she is very adjustable and has an ability to fit in where the puzzle piece is missing in the organisation. She is a doer, and she doesn’t mind doing things that don’t fit into her “job description”, if it needs to be done so the task can be solved.
