This team is responsible for managing a wide range of business-critical applications, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. Additionally, the service includes support, maintenance, development, and release. Structured around ITIL and Kanban, our processes create clear and efficient interfaces with various stakeholders in our customers’ organizations.
Currently, more than 300 sites across 20 countries depend on our service desk. Moreover, our Service Team ensures that every inquiry is managed effectively through well-defined workflows. This allows us to focus on the most pressing issues while maintaining consistency across all operations.
