Tulika is a product owner, business analyst and solution architect with more than 16 years of international experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture and process optimisation. She has worked across large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments in retail, aviation and consulting, translating business needs into structured requirements, solution designs and delivery plans.
Current focus
Tulika is currently working with a major international retailer as a business analyst on a global customs management initiative. She converted the programme-level business case into structured requirements, coordinated alignment with stakeholders from more than 15 business units and led fit-gap analysis with the SAP GTS platform team. Her work covers more than 20 complex workflows spanning more than 80 systems and 500 end users, applying BPMN standards to identify process improvements and system enhancements.

Background
At a major international airline, Tulika worked as IT Solution Architect on a Corporate Schedule Planning application covering the airline’s full schedule management, including partnership schedules through interline and codeshare agreements. Working across three SAFe release trains, she co-created the overall solution architecture, managed the architecture backlog with forward-looking technical debt planning and reduced new season schedule creation time by 40%. She received three MVP recognitions for her contributions to the broader digital transformation programme.
In an earlier role at the same organisation, she worked as IT Solution Designer, conducting in-depth business process mapping to level 3 across key processes in customer journey and partner onboarding. Her analysis and recommendations led to four new IT projects. She also contributed to the solution design of a Java-based flight monitoring and departure control system, covering integration design and business rules engine architecture.
Earlier in her career, Tulika worked as a BPM consultant at an international technology and consulting firm, implementing and optimising business processes for more than ten clients across India, the USA and the UK, spanning retail and banking. Her work delivered measurable improvements in process accuracy and a significant reduction in manual effort. She also contributed to BPM product development and pre-sales consulting for RFP and RFI responses.
