How we recruit
We recruit continuously, whenever we find someone with the right values, the right competence and what we believe will be a genuine match. The question we ask, and expect candidates to ask themselves: is this a genuine choice, or a convenient one? That matters more to us than credentials.
How we work together
The specifics of how we associate vary. Some join as employees, some as franchise members running their own company within our structure, and some as sub-consultants. The commercial model differs between these forms, but the way we work together does not. The same values, the same standards and the same expectations apply regardless of how the association is set up.
Who we are looking for
Right now, we are seeing the strongest demand for developers and architects with solid technical depth, particularly people who have worked with AI. That does not mean AI projects run on technical skill alone. Someone still needs to verify the output against the specification, guide the business through what the change means in practice, and take responsibility when things do not go as planned. Project managers, business analysts and other leadership roles with AI project experience are just as valuable, and easy to overlook amid the promise of automation.
