Background

Sadat recently served as Test Lead on a global customs compliance transformation at a major international retailer, a large-scale programme built on SAP GTS. He was responsible for overall test strategy in the final delivery phase, covering more than 80 integrations, and worked with requirements traceability, test data validation and release readiness assessments. He coordinated UAT and BAT sessions with international business users across multiple time zones and supported Go/No-Go decisions through structured defect reporting and quality gates ahead of global deployment.

In an earlier engagement at the same organisation, Sadat worked as Defect Manager across a multi-team delivery environment with parallel releases and development streams. He led defect prioritisation, triage and governance across several teams, producing Jira dashboards, quality metrics and structured reporting for stakeholders and Go/No-Go decision processes. Improved workflows and prioritisation resulted in a 30 per cent reduction in defect levels over the course of the assignment.

At a major healthcare IT company, Sadat worked as Test Lead and Interface Designer on the development and validation of integrations for a regional healthcare authority’s new patient record platform. The environment placed strict demands on GDPR compliance, patient data integrity and regulatory alignment across complex end-to-end healthcare flows. He established requirements traceability, validated test data and ensured stable, compliant integrations before production deployment.
