Catarina is a project manager and agile lead with experience across requirements management, international programme delivery and IT service management. She works as the link between business and IT, combining structured governance with the ability to adapt to what each engagement requires, whether leading requirements work in an agile programme, coordinating a global rollout or managing service operations in a business-critical environment.

Background
Between June 2024 and December 2025, Catarina served as Lead Business Analyst in the customs compliance transformation programme at a major international retailer, a global SAP transformation replacing the existing customs system while maintaining continuity in business-critical processes. She led and coordinated a team of business analysts, ensuring structured requirements work and traceability across multiple parallel Scrum teams, and facilitated Scrum of Scrums to manage cross-team dependencies.
Between November 2016 and November 2017, Catarina served as Project Manager for an international analytics delivery and rollout project with a budget of one million euros at the same organisation. The assignment covered coordinating a rollout across 28 countries, with full responsibility for vendor negotiation, stakeholder governance and a structured handover to the line organisation.
From January 2005 to June 2013, Catarina was responsible for service management of a business-critical system operating 24/7 at the same organisation. She coordinated incident and problem management in accordance with ITIL, led a team of approximately 20 consultants and managed SLA agreements with external vendors. From 2011 she led the complete transition to a new vendor, covering knowledge transfer, contract negotiations and sustained operational continuity.
