Christer is a senior solution architect with more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise systems. He combines deep backend expertise with enterprise integration, cloud-native architecture and programme leadership — working across complex transformations where multiple domains, vendors and platforms need to be aligned into a coherent whole.

Christer is currently working with a major global retailer on a large-scale enterprise transformation programme, in the role of solution architect.

Background
Between 2022 and 2025, Christer led the solution architecture for a global SAP S/4HANA GTS implementation at a major international retailer, covering enterprise integration across 20+ systems in supply chain, finance, transport and warehousing. He was part of the programme leadership team, responsible for architectural alignment and cross-domain coordination.
From 2019 to 2022, he architected and delivered a cloud-native platform supporting in-store picking operations across 40+ markets and 400+ locations globally. Built on OpenShift, Google Cloud, Kafka and Spring Boot microservices, the platform served as a core part of the retailer’s omnichannel operations.
From 2012 to 2018, Christer led architecture across two successive transformation programmes at the same retailer: a global POS rollout to approximately 30 countries, followed by a multi-year programme replacing the store operation system landscape across 10+ coordinated initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology.
