IT informa manages warehouse deployments and production operations for major international retailer
Activating automation systems across a global warehouse network is not a one-time event. Every release cycle, every new location and every live issue requires operational precision with no margin for delay.
Alongside his systems development work, IT informa’s Lukas Svensson carries operational responsibility for the continuous deployment and activation of software across a major international retailer’s warehouse network. This includes configuring data communication between internal systems and external automation providers at each location, participating in business acceptance testing for new automation solutions and providing daily operational support to the business. When issues arise in production, Lukas handles incident response in real time. The work runs on CI/CD pipelines via GitHub, infrastructure automation through Ansible, cloud messaging via Solace and Linux-based operational environments.
