Senior Project Manager
Leif is a senior project manager with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and complex IT delivery in financial services. He works as Epic Owner and Project Manager within SAFe organisations, translating regulatory requirements into structured, cross-market delivery. He holds certifications in SAFe 4, 5 and 6.
Current focus
Leif has been working with a Nordic bank across a broad range of regulatory and technology initiatives since 2019. His work spans EU directive implementation across multiple European markets, application governance and several major system implementations and upgrades, all within the bank’s SAFe-based delivery model. He coordinates delivery across compliance, legal, IT and external vendors, and has led programmes covering AML, KYC, PCI DSS and GDPR-related requirements.

Background
Before financial services, Leif held delivery and governance roles in the retail and energy software sectors, including Scrum Master for a point-of-sale platform used across thousands of stores, Agile Coach for an omnichannel retail implementation and Development Manager for an ERP vertical built on Microsoft Dynamics. He also led IT governance, security and software asset management for a Nordic infrastructure company.
