Background
Samuel has held senior commercial roles at IT and management consulting firms, building regional presence in Skåne and managing framework agreements with the public sector. As Key Account Manager for a firm’s largest client relationship, he oversaw an annual delivery of approximately 120 million SEK involving around 90 active consultants, and developed the delivery and contract processes between the consulting organisation and its suppliers. His work included driving successful public procurement processes and maintaining close quality follow-up with the purchasing organisations.
Through his own management consulting company, Samuel worked for several years primarily with clients in banking and finance, with assignments covering project management, pre-study work, process mapping and improvement of operational processes. A parallel company he co-founded focused specifically on IT project ROI and cost efficiency, supporting IT managers in developing and aligning their IT strategies with broader business objectives. Assignments were taken exclusively in Skåne, with mid-sized and larger companies as clients.
Samuel spent his earlier career as a senior IT consultant, solution architect and project manager across several consulting firms, including a period with assignments in Copenhagen’s banking, finance and media sectors. His work combined technical leadership in solution architecture with project delivery across commercial and operational environments. He later contributed to strategic client development at a larger IT consulting group, working on the firm’s relationships with its eight largest accounts.
