Sara is an experienced leader and management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in change management, interim management and business transformation, primarily in banking and financial services. She works with organisations undergoing structural change, combining strategic perspective with operational leadership to ensure delivery, team stability and lasting results. She has held senior line management roles as well as consulting engagements, giving her a practical grounding across both change leadership and day-to-day operational responsibility.
Current focus
Sara is currently working as interim manager for the Savings area at a major Swedish financial services group, responsible for operational continuity, compliance and team performance. She leads and supports the organisation during ongoing transformation work, aligning savings operations with the bank’s long-term strategy.

Background
In an assignment immediately preceding her current role, Sara served as interim manager for a business services area at the same financial services group, stabilising and developing operations during a period of organisational change. She led teams responsible for day-to-day service delivery, worked to streamline processes and maintained alignment between operational performance and the bank’s overall strategy. The engagement strengthened team communication, efficiency and stakeholder confidence across the department.
Sara held several consecutive roles at a major Swedish bank over more than five years, culminating in a Transformation Manager assignment leading the transition to a new outsourcing partner. She established clear organisational boundaries between internal functions and the external provider, ensured continuity across services during the changeover and worked as part of the Group Infrastructure Management Team. Earlier in the same engagement, she served as interim manager with full staff and budget responsibility, improving team performance and preparing the organisation for the outsourcing initiative.
For seven years, Sara led the business area for savings, loans and payment services at a banking services bureau working with multiple Swedish banks. Her responsibilities covered transformation and data migration projects, core system transitions and development of the customer service function. She worked directly with a number of Swedish savings banks and consumer banks, ensuring alignment between their business needs and the technical and operational delivery of services.
