Tobias is a programme and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in large-scale enterprise programmes, global system rollouts and integration architecture. He brings a technical background as a computer scientist and has worked across deployment management, change management and process development in manufacturing, retail and logistics environments. He works operationally as programme or project lead, and in a supportive capacity as mentor, coach or specialist.
Current focus
Tobias is currently working with a major international retailer as integration architect on a global customs management programme. He is responsible for the integration architecture of a large-scale trade compliance solution spanning multiple business units and systems.

Background
Tobias served as deputy programme manager and project manager for a major e-commerce programme at a large international retailer. The programme developed and implemented a global sales order management solution with integrations to more than 30 legacy systems, a project team of around 120 people and a total programme budget of approximately two billion SEK. Tobias held responsibility for working methods, delivery, planning, budget and steering committee representation, and introduced Kanban across the project to raise delivery pace, transparency and quality.
He has also led several large-scale global rollouts for the same organisation, managing the deployment of business-critical systems and infrastructure to approximately 300 stores across 26 countries. Across these programmes, more than 60,000 users were trained in new working methods and IT tools, and tens of thousands of wireless access points and handheld scanners were installed and configured. His roles spanned rollout manager, deployment manager and agile coach, often combining operational delivery with process improvement.
Earlier in his career, Tobias worked as deployment manager and integrator at a global manufacturer of food processing and packaging solutions, responsible for production, development, test and sandbox environments in a large J2EE project replacing legacy systems at 25 plants worldwide. He built a complete automated build environment that packaged, deployed, tested and documented releases, and introduced new tools and working methods to simplify both development and operations.
