IT informa leads EU regulatory delivery for Nordic bank across five markets

EU regulatory deadlines do not move. When the CESOP directive came into force, requiring payment service providers to report transaction data to the EU’s central platform, a Nordic bank operating across five European markets needed to deliver a compliant reporting solution within a fixed timeline.

IT informa’s Leif Elison led the implementation as Epic Owner and Project Manager within the bank’s SAFe organisation. The role included full delivery responsibility across requirements, prioritisation and coordination of compliance, business and IT teams across all five markets. The work also included monitoring of reporting results and authority approvals through the first four quarterly reporting cycles following the directive’s entry into force.

The implementation was delivered within the regulatory deadline across all five markets.
